Hi all,

I hate the Caps Lock key. I never ever need to write a sentence in all capital letters (and for those very rare times that I do I just hold shift). It just gets in my way when my left hand is trying to find the shift key.

Because of this, I routinely pry up the caps lock key on my keyboards and cut them so that they are still part of the keyboard but just don't work.

Over the weekend I picked up a new Logitech keyboard/mouse combo. This is the first keyboard I've had that wasn't practically free, and it's wireless, so I don't want to mess it up/void my warranty by doing this. I thought I would be able to get used to it, but that damn caps lock key is driving me nuts.

Is there a free program out there that will let me remap what caps lock or other keys actually do? It would be awesome to be able to tell my computer that any caps lock presses should be interpreted as shift.

Thanks!
Boo hoo!
